If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team at info@sillene.com.
Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@sillene.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
Returned items must remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
