Choose a ring you already own that fits comfortably on your finger to use as your guide.

Measure the inside diameter of the ring using a ruler, excluding the metal edges.
Measure the inner diameter only.
PLEASE NOTE: If your measurement falls between two sizes, always choose the larger size for the best fit.
